MIDI SPLITTER QUESTION #234
I spend too much time linking my BK9 to Logic on a main computer one day, and BK9 to Cubase on a laptop another day.
I am sick of changing the wire all the time. I want a midi splitter of some sort.
I'm talking USB out of the BK9 , split into 2 USB's on the other end. I will never use them both at the same time - that's not the issue.
This may be a VERY simple issue, but I so far haven't seen a solution.

MIDI SPLITTER QUESTION #605
If both of the modules has a MIDI through port, you can utilize it to daisychain to the second module. Just leave your MIDI controller, into the main module, at that point associate its MIDI through port to the MIDI contribution of the second module. www.gethomeworkonline.com

MIDI SPLITTER QUESTION #608
I don't think you read the question right, John...

He only has one keyboard, but wants to switch between two different computers (running different DAW's) using USB.

Ronald's solution was exactly what he asked for.

Look at the MIDI Solutions "Thru" modules. They might be of help for what you're trying to do.

I think the OP has already found a solution (he hasn't answered any of the suggestions, at least!), but once again, I don't think you are CAREFULLY reading the question. He isn't looking for a MIDI cable solution, he asks about a USB cable, from two different computers, to ONE sound source.

Ronald's 'share one printer between two computers with USB' device is exactly what he is looking for.
