You might, if you can do with six pedals, try one of these (if the polarity is correct): www.thomann.de/gb/solton_fs6_foot_switch.htm (you will have to get a tech to wire in the correct DIN jack or make an adapter)

Alternatively, the Korg EC5 www.amazon.com/Korg-5-Switch-Multi-Funct...-KREC5/dp/B0012SO47E has been known to work, after the plug end is changed again to the Roland DIN jack.

Bottom line is, any 7 momentary pedals with the correct polarity wired to the DIN jack will work. There are no electronics in the FC-7, it is simply 'dumb' switches, not MIDI or anything like that. Search here and I think you will find a few posts by others that 'rolled their own'!

If you go after the Solton unit, get the tech people to check its polarity before they send one (I have never seen one or read a report of a Roland user using one).

You should need a 'normally closed' type switch to work correctly with an FC-7 input.

Curiously, Korg keyboards are the opposite... their sustain pedals are 'normally open', but for some reason the EC5 footswitch multipedal is normally closed, so works fine (once you change the plug on the end) with the FC-7 input.
