Roland E-80 Arranger V2.03. update files #6693
Hello again - no I do not sell my wonderfull topmodel Roland E80 - that´s for sure - I most use it now at home for composing and song recording for my melodies.
Thanks for this great site with Roland info. and much more. Best regards - Poul Erik

Good to hear. I still have one of my G70’s..!

But I must confess, now that I am fully acclimatized to my BK-9, I find myself hardly ever playing it. There are just so many far better sounds in the BK-9, better drum kits etc., far better B3 sim, and the Chord Sequencer (SO great for jamming over a set of chords!) that I find myself more and more ignoring my beautiful G70.

Yes - I do agree in that point - and I am already very satisfied with my BK9 - but there is a long way still to find out all of it. I do have the original manual in english and also a danish quick guide - that´s ok. And also the userprograms from E80 can play very well on the BK9. The only userprogram ( Styles from Midispot DK) which can not work yes - so here I have to find the styles and then make a performance list to this I think.

Dear Paul Erik,

Would it be appropriate to ask, if you could share those Midispot styles? I have read that Midispot was involved in developing factory styles, as well as offered additional styles on their website, but the latter are no longer available (like the update, which I shared).

Best regards,
Raimonds

We would prefer that no commercial files (styles etc.) get posted here for legal reasons.

What you do privately between yourselves is up to your own conscience, but if the styles are still available from Midispot I would encourage you to actually purchase them. That way, it’s likely that perhaps they might make some more! It takes a lot of time and effort to make a top pro level style... that’s worth a few dollars, surely?

Even if the styles are not up at their site, I’m pretty sure if you contacted them and offered to pay, they would send them...

Hello - No - sorry - I cannot share these - because they were made for my E80 at that time - and I have payed for the styles - and in the same time - I
was not allowed to share them.

Hope you understand - thanks / Poul Erik

Hello Diki - I agree to your point here - and I also just have written why we cannot share these styles - thanks.
